Khonshu and his twin sister, Tefnut, are born. He is the first son of the King and heir by default.
February 16th, 2023
Queen Ahmunet gives birth to a single female. Her name is Bastet. Khonshu, being only eight months, gleefully greets his new half sister.
February 22nd, 2023 (One Year)
As Khonshu comes into adolescence, he remains as the only son of Ra. He currently resides in the palace, with his sister being sent off to the oasis. He accompanies his father on patrols, being too young to do so himself. The cub quietly observes his father whilst maintaining distance so as not to disturb him.
February 27th, 2023
Queen Mut gives birth to triplets - two females, and a male. They have been given the names Imhotep, Neferi, and Qadesh. Khonshu shows little concern, not quite understanding the challenges he is yet to face. Queen Ahmunet has given birth as well, another female-only litter. The young Bastet is now an older sister to Hathor, and Sekhmet.
March 6th, 2023 (Two Years)
Khonshu ages into adulthood. He patrols the borders of their land, eager to prove his worth to his father. Imhotep is only a year younger, however he is nothing more than small competition to Khonshu. He is bigger, and stronger.
March 11th, 2023
Ahmunet is heavily pregnant, and due at any moment. With two Queens in the pride, the chances of multiple sons were much greater. However, with Queen Ahmunet's first two litters being female-only, it is assumed she is simply incapable of producing a son. The Queen tosses in her nest, stretching her body in an attempt to get comfortable for the arrival of her daughter. She had been given the name Shai. Seconds felt like minutes, and minutes felt like hours - though she is performing a duty, and must push through. The cub is born, and to everyone's shock, Queen Ahmunet has finally given birth to a male. This single cub, Resheph, would be the King's third son. Khonshu is indifferent to the news.
March 24th, 2023
After many unfortunate miscarriages, Queen Mut had finally conceived again. Unlike her previous litters, this pregnancy had been exceedingly difficult, though she was due any day now. The Queen dreaded this birth. It was long, and painful. It had been nothing like she had ever experienced before, but there is always a calm after the storm. Queen Mut was finally meeting her cubs, this being her first (and last) female-only litter. Despite the puzzled looks on the rest of the pride members faces, a mothers love knows no bounds. She keeps them close under the warmth of her fur, and grooms them just as she did the rest. The first cub, Meskhenet, might as well have been born bald. The little fur she had appeared thinner than the others, though she was as soft as silk. The second, Seshat, was born the fluffiest of the litter. The other lionesses whisper among themselves, jokingly presuming the cub may be a runt male. Her final cub, Renenutet, is born with achromia. A white lion was nothing alien to this pride, yet this one was different.

Queen Ahmunet produces a final litter of female-only cubs, Serket and Nekhbet.
