The white patches on her coat signify the blessing of the stars, and her divine coat only underlines that fact. Unfortunately, Whisper isn't the type of lioness to want any sort of leadership position, preferring to laze around and spend some time with any wandering males that may happen across the pride. Lethe is obviously not a fan, as he wants her to have more star blessed cubs, and he can't ensure that if she's with any male that comes along.
