Battered and hungry from a long solo journey, Nightsky stumbled into the pride in search of a good home as a fairly young adult, having been out on her own for long enough that she lost track. Being chased from her birth home, she has a bit of a hard time trusting and feeling safe around others, and she can be a bit sensitive, but she's a good soul at the end of the day. Her naturally dazzling appearance landed her immediate popularity, and when paired with her caring attitude, she quickly became very liked by others in the pride, landing her one of the top positions. That kind of respect and generosity inspires her to continue to try to get better about controlling her own emotions, and she's made quite a bit of progress, using her sensitive nature instead to help show empathy and compassion towards other lions- especially young cubs.

In fact, her gift with young cubs eventually landed her in one of the honored broodmother roles, and she's loved her job every step of the way!
