Lady Idun comes waltzing up to you, an air of playful confidence follows her every move. As uh- well as some butterflies and… rodents? Okay… She rubs up against your side, running her tongue over your cheek in welcoming before sauntering back to a secluded grove you cannot see inside. Choosing to follow her, you suddenly hear a bunch of squealing at the pattering sound of tiny paws on the ground as you make it through the bushes. A barrage of cubs are settled about a wide open grove, supervised by a many a lionesses. She’s tricked you! She just wanted you to come adopt some of their misfit cubs! She didn’t want!..- well. Okay. Maybe some of the, /are/ a little cute… Idun, also spelled Idunn, or Iduna, in Norse mythology, the goddess of spring or rejuvenation and the wife of Bragi, the god of poetry. She was the keeper of the magic apples of immortality, which the gods must eat to preserve their youth
