Lykoi is more positive than the other sub-males. He talks to Maisie the most, Spiral kind of scares him. Zane tells him that the male is nothing to worry about but Spiral still makes him uneasy.
[Losing his eye]
When Lykoi was a adolescent, he went on patrols with Spiral. The talking was minimum and they hardly looked at each other, it was.. awkward. One day Lykoi decided he would try to fix that, no matter how much Spiral scared him, he wanted to try to get to know him. They were in the same pride after all, they needed to get along. Lykoi started out slow, he asked questions about the territory, Spiral answered simple without making eye contact. This kind of hurt Lykoi but he brushed it off, the sub-male was like this with everyone. He decided to ask more personal questions, "Do you have any siblings, Spiral?" Spiral answered flatly, continuing on with the patrol. "I don't know." Then Lykoi asked a question he shouldn't have. "Do you miss your parents?" Spiral stopped dead in his tracks, he stayed like this for a few seconds, then continued walking. This upset Lykoi, he was tired of being ignored by the sub-male. He ran up to Spiral until he was in front of him, "Why do you keep acting like I DON'T EXIST?" He yelled. For the first time, Lykoi saw Spiral look at him. They held eye contact for a spilt second until - SLASH. Lykoi felt claws rip into his face, he stumbled backwards. He stared at nothing, trying to process what just happened. He couldn't see out of his right eye, all he could see was blood dripping onto the ground, making a puddle beneath him. He looked up, Spiral's face was pure terror. Lykoi wanted to speak but he couldn't, he started to sway, unable to hold himself up. He then watched Spiral run away into the distance. Lykoi needed to get home as fast as he could, before he passed out. He tried sprinting but he was too weak to do so, he stumbled his way home. As soon as he reached the pride, he yelled out -
"XAVIER!"
