This cub has been born with a facial defect - a cleft lip! Its snout is split heavily, and Freckles has trouble with breathing. ~Freckles is trying to drink milk. Sadly, a lot of it spills around. ~Due to issues with suckling, Freckles became malnourished. ~Unable to properly feed, Freckles passed away due to health complications. ~You see Grandpaw Naydra running around, excitedly playing with Freckles.
