Rhodonite

Rhodonite is the eldest member of the Kalahari Pride, and is respected by all the other pride members. She’s sharp-tongued and sarcastic, and the best huntress in the pride. She joined Brond’s pride when she was already in her letter years, and didn’t expect to have any more children, having already lost contact with her only son. Thus, little Damu was a welcome surprise, and brings more joy to Rhodonite than she thought she’d ever feel again ❤️

Finally, at almost 15 years old, Rhodonite agrees to retire from her hunting party and pass the leadership on to someone else. She spends her days relaxing or spending time with her daughter. She’s still regarded as the best huntress in the Pride, so she trains the young lionesses that are too young to join the hunting party. Damu is her star pupil, she’s incredibly proud of her little girl.

She’s dies peacefully when Damu is a young adult. She is fondly remembered by the entire pride, as a founding member, peerless huntress, and beloved elder. 10/9/2023

~Rhodonite watches you amusedly, and states dryly that she did not know broken feathers were in fashion nowadays. You hastily remove the offending debris from your mane. 2x

~You and Rhodonite got in some trouble with a vicious warthog. After escaping, she suggested you ought to invite the hog for a visit the next time you have guests, for it could liven up any party. You share a chuckle.

~ You greet Rhodonite and ask her how she is. She informs you that she is FANTASMIC, and she is ABSOLUTELY fine with not getting a share of the last meal. Really.
