In the lands of the hyenas, terrifying stories circulate of a dazzling brown lioness, decorated with bright blue and pink. She has star rubies for eyes, a dead corpse reanimated and come back to life. She has claws and teeth that are iron-hard, razor-sharp. She is covered in scars from all her fights and battles, a secretive lioness prone to hunting on her own - whether her prey be food or enemy.
In reality, this lioness, commonly called the Ruby Lady among the hyenas, is a deeply pride-oriented female by the name of Skadi. She has six daughters, Sienna, Hélène, Celia, Lysistrata, Unraveling, and Athanasia; they are members of House Norta of the renowned Lily Pride, training all their lives in the art of guerrilla warfare. Skadi teleports herself in the midst of battle and to conduct her guerrilla warfare, while Hélène is a rare singer, Unraveling an apprentice illusionist, Athanasia an apprentice greenwarden, Celia a gifted banshee, Lysistrata a powerful storm, and Sienna an elusive shadow. Skadi, an Immortal Spirit, tended to target scout parties and auxiliary troops while she had life. Now, she is a spirit guide to ease newly deceased lions into heaven.

Looking for a while, you find Skadi sitting between large rocks, away from the rest of the pride. She greets you warmly, though.
