the daughter of two highly respected lions in the pride, Mercury decided to stay within the pride and not wander unlike her parents, they accepted their daughters wishes and often stopped by the pride to visit her.

Mercury missed her mothers dearly when they went off for weeks, or even months at a time, she often thought about going off to find them, to tell them she changed her mind and wanted to explore the world with them, but...she never did. She stayed in the pride but she didn't seem to fit in, she was unsure how to approach the other lions in the pride. Mercury often kept to herself, she found comfort in staying in the edge of the territory, wishing to leave to find her parents but too scared to leave herself.

On one of their longer trips, Mercury worried about them, she spent nights staring off past the border, praying they would show up and greet her as they always do. Mercury went to Antumbra one morning for advice, was it a good idea to go find them?

Antumbra and mercury talked for a while, Mercury told him about how worried she was about her parents. "why don't you go after them?" he asked. "what? i mean..i wish i could, i don't think it would be safe by myself.. what if-" mercury was cut off as Ant stood, he turned to her and placed his nose against her forehead, confused by what he was doing, mercury began to ask before she was stopped once again, a glowing blue color reflected against her eyes, she looked up towards ant and noticed a glowing shape on her head, a moon?

"i will watch over you on your travels, you will be safe under my watch" Mercury looked even more confused, but she also trusted him. She cheerfully thanked him and ran out of the cave heading off in the area she last seen her parents.

Mercury came up on the border, feeling nervous, she slowly stepped over, realizing nothing bad happened she continued on, trying to find any sign of her mother and father.


Mercury is unsure if her parents are still out there, but she has gotten over her fears of the world, exploring it just like her parents once had, she wonders if they have been here before...
