Casseiopeia

Your lioness notices her cub is different to all the others. She can't even count all the little legs! She's very worried but the cub curls up and suckles milk nicely.
As cubs at this age learn to walk and wiggle around, poor Casseiopeia just drags its body and squeaks sadly. The appetite isn't as great either.
Casseiopeia has trouble following its mom around. It often gets left behind and prefers to hide in the bush.
Casseiopeia sometimes plays in the den, but sleeps most of the day, looking sad while its mom nudges it to be more active.
The multiple legs of Casseiopeia prevent it from developing muscles correctly. Shaky limbs won't let it play too long and its general health is noticeably declining.
Apathy of Casseiopeia is preventing the cub from moving or eating much.

Casseiopeia came up and curled into your side. Just as you both were about to fall asleep, they sneeze. Or at least you think that's what that sound was. Your brain was too busy melting from the cute to know for sure.
Casseiopeia and Grandpaw Zosma are playing on the outskirts of your pride's home. Grandpaw Zosma is playing the bad guy, and when Casseiopeia manages to get their teeth and claws snagged in Grandpaw Zosma's mane, the old lion "dies" very dramatically, flopping onto his grandcub, who squeals in delight and declares that they are the king now.
When Casseiopeia's mother was out, Grandpaw Zosma took it upon himself to entertain them until their mum came back.
