Adoptive daughter of Tamki

Nura´s father abandonned her to the gorillas for her to be adopted by them as a pet. Unfortunately, the gorillas found her fangs potentially too dangerous for her to be with them. Unable to find the territory of the King who brought her to them, the primates decided to let her near the territory of a random pride, hoping they would take her in.

She was left alone with a small piece of meat to eat. The cub started to worry after some hours had passed, and she called for help. Her cries were noticed by a brown lioness with long fangs. Her name was Tamki. She was the daughter of the King of these lands, and was on hunting with her sisters and friends when she heard the cub.

She asked her where her mother was, and the cub replied that she didn´t know. Worried about the cub´s well being, the lioness decided to bring her to the clan. The healer saw her, and decided that she was healthy despite being troubled. The older members of the pride tried to get informations about her birth pride, but the cub was unable to answer.

King Æsahættr, alongside the pride, decided to accept her within their cubs. Tamki, touched by the little one situation, and feeling empathy thoward her for having lost her mother as a child too, decided to be the one in charge of her well being. She gave her a name, as she didn´t remember having one. Nura.

Since then, Nura took Tamki as a mother figure. The two remained close even as Nura grew up, became an adult and even a mother herself.

Tamki would always be an important figure in the life of Nura. It shattered her heart when her adoptive mother passed away due to the disease that hit the pride. Nura watched upon the older lioness and took care of her as her state worsened, just as the lioness once took care of her as a cub...

Tamki told her not to be sad, that they´d meet again in the afterlife, but for now, Nura still is too impacted by her lost and what the illness did do to the pride. Her mind seems absent. It will take her sometimes to recover.

Tamki is the daughter of Æsahættr, her mother was a former rogue who fell sick because of humans polluting her living area. She joined the King´s pride when he proposed her to, has been given care by the healer of the clan, and became closer with the king while starting to heal. She became one of his concubines.

When her daughter was born, she was overjoyed. But sadly, the sickness did start to show again and no one could find a durable cure. Soon, she left this word, and left her daughter under her pridemates´ paws.

Tamki has been raised by her father´s cousins and others lionesses from the pride. She grew alongside her cousins, and always was close to Prism, her aunt who was 7 months older than her. She only had a sister at the time, Earethe, and shared her first hunt party with her. Later, she would gladly help her younger siblings practicing their skills.
