Eternal Love is the eldest daughter of Dark Paradise. She is spontaneous, as is her mother.
As a cub, she enjoyed nothing more than slipping away from the broodmothers and running off to play with the hyenas who roamed the outskirts of the territory. Somehow, she survived this. She got so close to the hyenas that they began to see her as one of their own. She was given the title "Bibi wa Fisi," which translates to "Lady of the Hyena" in Swahili. She has learned to imitate them and can even replicate their iconic whooping sound with almost perfect precision.
As she got older, learning how to hunt was difficult, as she had practically lived with hyena clans for so long. With time, she managed to copy the older lionesses. However, she always threw in some less-than-natural techniques of her own. Her pride-mates are confident that she'll be doing it for as long as she lives...
Despite being what most would call a disobedient cub, King Eland, at the persuading request of her mother, begrudgingly put up with Eternal's antics. Although her daughter didn't make a good lion in most of the pride's eyes, she saw her potential. As long as they knew she was safe, things were fine.
Until she brought home a hyena.
On that day, the pride was in an uproar, refusing to let such a nasty pest into their home. After all, what if it ate their cubs? Except for her mother. She sat on the sidelines quietly, giving her daughter nothing but support when she needed it most. Her sister offered her some solace as well, but never in public.
Eland was merely bemused. How on earth had she managed this? Though he didn't want the hyena here, he allowed her to continue seeing them. And he supposed they could sleep in the pride's territory... As long as they didn't make themselves a nuisance.

(7/9/23) You were having a nice conversation with Eternal Love when she suddenly suggests heading to the jungle to look at the cool fungi! Wait, right now? Really?
(9/15/24) As you come near, Eternal Love wakes up and yawns, then tries to sit on your back and go back to sleep, making you her pillow.
(9/28/24) Upon your approach, Eternal Love pauses licking her paw and boops your nose, giggling.
