On a cold windy night the stars had fallen leaving behind devastation, destruction and one little cub. The pride stumbling upon the cub wondered where it came from, who it's parents were and why it was here. The king ordered that the cub be left to perish but one lioness couldn't just leave the helpless cub, for some reason she was drawn to her. Picking up the cub in her maw she brought it to her den, caring for her as her own. As the cub grew the harder it gotten to keep her hidden. One day the cub went exploring on her own, one of her siblings followed her. The cub looked to the skies and spoke out loud."Rea, Kronos what am I to do?" The cub squeaked "The pride I'm in doesn't accept me and my mother tries to hide me, ashamed of rescuing me." She finished. A bright light emerges from the dark cloudless night, a goddess named Rea and a God named Kronos floating before her."Don't you fear, my child" Rea began"the pride will eventually accept you and the plans for the destruction of lion prides will soon follow." The cub bowed her head, respecting Rea's words. The cubs Sibling squeaked in horror and tried to run back to the pride but before they could Kronos ordered the cub to kill her Sibling. Hesitant to do so Kronos growled and the cub obeyed. Pouncing on her Sibling she pinned them down, sinking her fangs into their neck. Before she killed them she spoke softly between their fur"I'm sorry sister" with one swift motion of her head their neck snapped, but before she let go she let a tear escape her eyes, landing on the now lifeless body of her Sibling. As she stood up to her paws she turned around to the gods, bowing her head in Obedience. Rea and Kronos disappeared and she was left standing there, covered in blood. Padding towards the water she cleaned the blood off her fur, after she was completely rid of it all she dragged her siblings body towards the river bank and yowled in mourning before she dragged them into the water and headed towards her mother's den.
The cub returned entering the den quietly and pawed over to her designated sleeping area. She layed on her belly, her head laying on her paws looking towards the den in sadness. "What am I doing to my family.... my pride....." She thought. She decided in the morning she would tell the king in hopes he would forgive her.
As morning came the sunrise peeked into the den with the commotion of birds chirping just outside. The cub awoke and stretched out her body, flexing her paw pads as she did so. After finishing she stood to her paws she headed out of the den towards the kings. As she approached his den she bowed her head and spoke "My king," the cub began hesitant on telling him what happened. "I'm afraid I have bad news" she paused before the king spoke "Continue" he growled annoyed and frustrated. The cub continued. "Rea and Kronos sent me here with a mission in mind. To destroy lion kind." the cub could tell the king was disgusted but she continued "they made me..... kill my sister," the king roared in anger, the cubs mother rushing in to protect her. "YOU DARE PROTECT THIS TRAITOR!?" the king roared in anger histaricly. The cub squeaked "I don't want to be apart of their plan! I want to be loved, cherished! Like the pride does!" The cubs voice grew louder with every word, and as her voice grew louder a pulse of blue light pulsated from her entire body. "I am part of the pride! I am one of you!" the cub roared. The entire pride couldn't belive what they seen before them and muttered "Could it be true?" one said "Is it really the cub from the prophecy?" said another. One by one each pride member bowed low, respecting the cub before them. She cub was shocked and looked at everyone in front of her. "My name is Edearntsina! I am the prophecy cub! I will protect my family, my pride, my sisters and brothers!" the pride roared in celebration and animals from all over came to rejoice. The cubs pelt changed from a black to Demiurge as the cub took in the galaxies color. She roared in hopes Rea and Kronus hears her. "I am not your slave Rea and Kronos! The prides will not be wiped out! For i will fight to protect them!"
