LORE

Latte, given name of Chifundo, is a sweet and caring lioness who shares the genetic blessing of intense gold eyes. As lore has come, lions born with intense gold have an insatiable hunger for the "good stuff" - this being coffee. Sadly, many lions don't even know what coffee is, much less how to make it. Legends state of a long lost king being the progenitor of the intense gold, and several of his children seeking the world for its coffee secrets. Latte, generations later, is part of this story, and she has become one of the few to success where so many others have failed.

She has discovered how to brew coffee.

Latte travels the world with charity and generosity for those around her, hoping to spread her gift and love of coffee to animals and creatures alike who have yet to taste the comforting drink. And her talents of barista don't stop there - tea, hot chocolate, soups: if it can be boiled and given sugar, she will somehow manage to make it.

She doesn't let in on the secret of her success, being a secret chef in a way, and tries to hide her popularity with humbleness and friendship. She would rather be treated as a normal lion than a spoiled celebrity. And while she may never share how she makes her delicious drink-stuffs until her deathbed, it is as such: she has a magic cauldron.

Call it insane storytelling, call it convenience, I think it's the intense gold working it's magic.
