🌸 Queen Prohtea

Queen Prohtea and Prana get along quite well, as she is of similar age as him. She is always ready to speak seriously about the prides concerns and needs and often leads long and winded discussion with the king to find the best solutions for the pride.

Queen Prothea was still in her Prime when king Helios aged and troubled with the great drought stepped down to leave his throne to his daughter and then married her off to a child. She was shocked by his decision and took it upon herself to guide and advise Princess Ira, even though they did not get along too well. They both bonded over the stress of the new pride hirachy and Prothea was entrusted to guide an teach the child-king Bata-Maji.

She had more patience than most and endured his bratty behavior but as well as Ira quickly saw no way that this child would become a sound ruler alongside Princess Ira, much less become her new mate after Helios passed. She and Ira both met in secret and talked about their options for the future. Prothea was the one who send word to the desert to inform the desert rogue Prana of what had transpired. Knowing he was the only sensible candidate and already on friendly terms with the prides huntresses.

A struggling lioness that king Helios reluctantly invited into the pride. Her small pride had suffered greatly from the drought and the rumor of water has pushed her to the desperate yourney to the vision lake. She begged the king to stay until the next rainfall.

Lucky for her she gave him 4 strong and beautiful cubs that looked like the perfect mix of herself and the king.
She does not understand why Helios is so pleased with her, knowing nothing of the history of this pride.
