Before stumbling across a mighty lion, Lessa was in a pride consisting of only a few lions. Her pride was small, her mother had an affair with a rouge ferus of the lands of Africa which led to her being kicked by her king for lack of loyalty. Lessa's mother, however, was caught by humans, leaving Lessa to fend for herself. As a cub, she was found by Hestia, the lion who took her in without question, despite being different from the rest. The lionesses took care of her and taught her the ways of hunting, Lessa quickly adapted and began hunting with the lionesses of Hestia's pride. Now she teaches the young everything her adoptive family taught her.
