Lore TLDR; Her mother Sika brought her from beyond the sea. They are part of a noble family sent on business by the king. Lady MothWood was brought along to be trained as her mothers replacement. However MothWood feels drawn to the deeper parts of the tribes territory... almost as if something is calling to her.

Game Text: Upon seeing you, Lady MothWood ✦ 🛑 mreows loudly and furiously rubs her head against your chin.
Lore:
MothWood came along Sika on Senus boat from beyond the sea, she is part of a group of noble Rosettes from a faraway kingdom. Sika, her mother, came to these lands on a business trip appointed to her by the king. Quite a honor for a noble family! Sika believes herself to not be the same as "these common" lions, as x3 rosettes they have been selectively bred for eons.
Sika discourages MothWood from associating herself with anyone else in the tribe but the "king" of the pride himself, CloudedStar. Lady Mothwood however loves to go out hunting with the guards and playing in the nursery with the kits. She tries her best to hide this from her mother though to avoid lashings.

MothWood is in training to become one of the kings international relations representatives, this is quiet a honorable roll in their HomeLand she wishes she was more excited about it. In reality MothWood feel drawn deeper into the tribes territory she decided to ask the elder healer DarkRose for her advice.
Behind her mothers back, MothWood asked the elder DarkRose about her vision. "Ah so now you have come, i had my suspicions." The elder grunts as she stands up, her paws shaking under her. "Please dont get up!" MothWood quickly rushes to support the her. "oohh no dont worry about me, i might be close to the whispers but i know its not time yet. These old bones will carry me, it has been foretold. " MothWood is unsure as to what DarkRose means about this but together they made their way to CupidWings den. Small squeaks and purs greet them, CupidWings kits AngelHeart and HalfHeart rush to rub themselves under the elders chin.
"Lady MothWood, welcome." CupidWing gives a curt nod. "Please dont do that, there is no need!" MothWood puts her paws up embarrassed, she remembers her mother made a big deal about their nobility at the last clan meeting. "Please treat me as any other tribe mate! MothWood is perfectly fine!" CupidWing chuckled "Okay MothWood, what can i do for you?"
DarkRose stops licking the cubs, "I believe she is related to our latest visions." she says. "oh? are you sure?" CupidWing asks tilting her head. "Yes she has what the tree asks for, the rosette pattern and the pull. Seems she was drawn to the land even from faraway." "A Tree?" MothWood asks.
"Deep in Fresh Water Tribe territory at the top of the Sky Pillar stands an ancient tree. SilentStar and myself were drawn to each other and the land by the tree." The old lionesses eyes flash with pain at the sound of her adopted sons name, the tribes first leader, SilentStar. "This tree has stood since before the us, the forest, the rivers, and man. Ancient energy runs through the branches. On the first night under the tree, SilentStar and I had the most powerful visions, we lived and died in the past and future, watching time pass at an unbelievable speed. This tree has brought blessings and devastation but none by its own doing. The tree is the vessel for anyone to use, but the tree suffers with living through the aftermath. The tree asks for protection from those who will misuse it...." At this point the elders eyes had become glazed, as if staring into something far off. "This tree needs to be protected and hidden. I believe you are the lioness who is ment to start this branch of our tribe."
"Me?!" Mothwood protested. " but im not even from this land..." she looks away. "You must not have heard, I traveled for 13 moons til i found SilentStar. I came from a very cold land, far away from the sun. Before I had come to this land I had never used herbs to heal, my people used dried meats believing different animals held different properties. However I knew where I was ment to be and so did SilentStar. We followed our visions and stars til we came upon the Sky Pillar and finally saw what the pull was. However in the end it is up to you on where your destiny lays."
"This is alot to take in, can i think about this?" MothWoods head was spinning.
"Can I give her Chamomile?!" HalfHeart asks her mother with pleading eyes. "If your patient agrees, you may." CupidWing nods to her.
MothWood leaves the medicine den with more questions than answers.
