Minerva LOVES to play pranks on her pride mates, often seen teaching the younger cubs all kinds of annoying tricks. She wasn't born to this pride and isn't really sure where she's from, She spent her whole childhood wandering on her own.
The pride learned about her special tricks, Minerva was a shapeshifting lion, Meaning she can take the form of pretty much any animal. Mixing those abilities and a very prank motivated lion makes some interesting days...
Her favorite flowers are lilies, impala lilies to be exact. If you see a trail of pink petals on the ground, You've probably already fallen for her tricks...again.
Due to her pranks, not many lions tend to hang around in fear of her mischievous behavior.
There's one lion though, Sunshade, The prides best hunter and most respected lioness is the only lion who actually enjoys her little tricks, maybe its not just the tricks she enjoys though....

Sunshade was out on a patrol one morning, the sun had just started to come up and the land was glowing a beautiful gold. She looked around carefully, the plains being far too quiet compared to the usual birds and other loud animals that roamed here.
All was well until she noticed something odd sticking out in the tall grass, is that a...hat?
Sunshade carefully crept up to the odd object, this wasn't something you see lying around a lot.. Sunshade began to turn away before she felt something brush against her paw, she looked down and noticed...A SNAKE?
Sunshade jumped back with a yelp and shook the snake off her paw as she watched the small and weird colored snake slither back to the hat as it dragged it back into the tall and dry grass. Sunshade watched as the hat suddenly rose into the air, a new pair of fluffy ears seemed to be with it, was that a lion? She continued to watch, frozen in place from a mix between fear and curiosity.
Soon, the sound of laughter broke the silence and a pink colored lioness came tumbling out of the grass, dressed in black rabbit clothing and the strange hat from before. Sunshade would chase this intruder off her territory if she didn't feel so embarrassed.. She looked down at the still giggling lion and scoffed
"What's so funny? you think intruding on someone else's lands is funny? i can chase you out of here in a heartbeat." Sunshade growled, finally catching the attention of the stranger.
"woah, woah calm down miss, i don't mean y'a harm." The lioness stood up and shook loose grass from her pelt. She sat down and smiled at Sunshade, who in return just glared.
They stared at each other in an awkward silence before the stranger broke it once again and started chatting.
"Soo..you said this land is yours? are you..all alone?" The loner looked around weary, realizing Sunshades possible pride probably wouldn't be as nice.
"its a long story, the short answer is kinda" Sunshade sighed and relaxed, her glare turning into a more neutral and calm expression. as she looked out behind the lioness, into the grass at the spot she was just spooked. "How did you do that with the snake?" Sunshade asked curiously
Sunshades guest looked back at her with a bright smile. "well, outside of this area im practically famous!!" she laughed to herself before continuing. "I'm, well, i'm a shapeshifter, so the snake was really just me the whole time" She nervously fixed her hat on her head. "Name's Minerva, what about you?"
She seemed shocked by Minerva's answer, Shapeshifter? Sunshade would have taken this as a joke as well, if only it wasn't for the fact she met some odd lions in her time. "Sunshade." She replied calmly.
Minerva stared at Sunshade for a moment, looking at her two obviously different shades of fur. "i think Sunshade fits you" She smiles back at her again.

You hung out with Minerva over dinner. She sometimes says stuff that seems so mean and yet... you feel as if you've never laughed harder in your life.
Minerva nudged you affectionately and told you that your battling looked far better than yesterday. Was...that a compliment?
