Garnet wasn't born much different from any other cub. Her parents were an odd couple, for no one thought they could ever end up together. And yet they did, and their little cub was a testament to that. It was a quick thing though, that unfortunately didn't last. The cub was born at a time of Astraea's changed person, so like many cubs of their current King, Garnet had little contact with her mother. She did however love her mom and her auntie very much until they passed away. As an adolescent, she began growing wings, much like her mother. They allow her to fly on short distances, and keep her warm during colder days.


Her nurturing personality made her an ideal Nurser for the small cubs in the pride. She takes them sometimes on various adventures, while still making sure they are safe under her guidance. Garnet herself is a friendly lioness, who cares about everyone who crosses her path.

You apparently ate something bad last night, and you just flop on the ground. Garnet comes up to you and asks if you want anything. She brings you some grass and water, and sits next to you until you feel better.

When you greet her, Garnet makes sure to remind you to visit everyone else in your pride today.
