Steelestius

Having been born with a partially amputated tail and stocky build, Steelestius was an awkward cub. Luckily they moved prides to Destiny's Path where The Shaman knew secrets from the Elder and Ancient Days. When his mother Brought him for the Blessing and Health, ritual, He was told there was a Great Mark of the Ancient Days that could make his life going forward much easier and the stocky build made it possible, It was called "The Primal Paw." His mother gave her consent and the young male was given a mix of herbs to eat. As he ate them He could feel his small legs widen their stance to match his oversized paws and his fur became more elongated and fluffy as he arched into a broadened shoulder. He felt less clumsy and even his balance from the lack of a long tail was restored though the gently sloping back from the highest point at the shoulder to the lowest at the tail. Even his teeth felt a little thicker.

Power and energy coursed through him as little Steelestius felt complete for the first time.
