Alfajiri

Alfajiri means “dawn”, she is Ukani’s eldest daughter. She is very loyal to the Kalahari Pride, since it is the only home she can remember. She deeply admires King Rego, and usually goes to him to sire her cubs.

Her first two cubs are a boy and a girl; Shujaa and Makaa respectively. Shujaa leaves the pride after securing a position as a guard in a nearby territory, and Makaa goes rogue with her half-sisters Reina and Ukai. Alfajiri isn’t thrilled that both her children are leaving so soon, but is very proud of them for seeking out their own futures. They’re brave, and she knows they’ll do well.

First litter:

~Alfajiri got in trouble today for biting too hard. You feel bad, but you relegate them to the time out bush. They have to learn to play nice.

~You nearly jump five feet in the air when a huge spider suddenly appears in your sleeping spot! Luckily, Alfajiri ran over immediately and threw it out for you. Holy crap. 2x

~Roaring loudly, Alfajiri walks around practicing her fierce appearance, not really noticing you. 2x

~Alfajiri sits next to you and watches the horizon for any incoming danger. Bees included. 3x
