Gleaming Dawn is whom little Bleak Dawn is named after, being one of the fairest lions in the pride. Although she is vain, Gleaming has proven herself to be quite the important member! Her knowledge of the land and its inhabitants have always been helpful in hunts and patrolling the territory. Although Waning Light does not often approve of lionesses patrolling, afraid it will increase the chances of a rogue male appearing and causing issues, Gleaming Dawn has since been the third exception of this rule. Gleaming Dawn will often gloat to the hunt chief, Umeme, about her achievement and winning Waning Light's recognition and favor. She is often smacked away.
