Nyara mean’s “spoiled”, she is Adea’s daughter, the eldest in her second litter. She is a LOT like her mother, and yes, she is spoiled rotten.
Nyara and her brother Shauku’s birth marks the end of Adea’s ambition to bear a ferus child. Her children are perfect, she would not change anything about any one of them. She can’t believe it took her so long to figure that out.
As an adult, Nyara meets the absolutely GORGEOUS King Astrophel, and decides he’s the perfect candidate to sire her first litter. And her second litter. And her third. He’s just so PRETTY!
When her grandmother Sheena passes, Nyara is surprised when her mother bequeaths her Sheena’s golden infinity band, a wedding present from Brond during the earlier days of the pride. She’d assumed her mother would inherit it, but nevertheless wears it proudly. Many seem to think the necklace is Adea’s way of picking Nyara, out of her many children, as the one she considers her heir. Giving Nyara’s children a definite claim to the throne.
Nyara’s son, Jaxx, leaves the pride as an adult, to be a rogue. He tells his mother he has no interest in pride life, he loves her and his family, but it just isn’t for him. He likes being on his own. Nyara and his sibling will miss him, but know he’ll fare well and be happy.
Her next two litters each yield a single girl, both very treasured, and absolutely nothing alike. Jahina left to explore the rogue, like her brother, and Juliet stayed to become a staple in the life of the pride, like her sister. Nyara hopes they will be as happy in their lives as their older siblings.
Her fifth litter is her first litter of twins, Reza and Ezra, who were the same age as Akina’s youngest cubs: Avina and Bavu. The four are inseparable, and even leave the pride together as adults, to carve out their own lives. Well, in a way. Ezra and Bavu leave for the tree together as adolescents, to see if they can secure positions in other prides’ guard. If not, they’ll go rogue, but they thought it was worth a try. Their sisters, Reza and Avina, head out after passing their first hunt, the final test for a young huntress. They enter the world as adults, both very well trained and looking for a pride to join.
Nyara makes sure to look after Avina and Bavu after their mother passes, and sends all four out into the world with love. It’s traditional for the parents of young lions leaving the pride to give the their blessing and bid them farewell at the kingdom’s border. Akina didn’t live to see her children off, so Nyara does it for her. She’s sure their mother is watching over them in spirit, she’s just helping in person.

~It's funny how long Nyara can remain amused by a stick. It's not even a proper toy! But there they are, dragging it around in circles. Wait...are they drawing something?
~You saw Nyara sitting in the shade, trying to keep cool. It must be hot under that layer of heavy fur! 2x
~Nyara shook herself after a sudden rainfall, showering everyone nearby in droplets soaked up by all that fur.
~You leaned down to sip at some water and then suddenly the bush nearby pounced on you! Nyara fell over laughing while you recovered from your miniature heart-attack.
~You asked Nyara if she ever stores food in her toe fur for later. She snorted and then swatted at you.
~You watch a bit disturbedly as Nyara rolls around, gnawing on a smooth piece of rock and slobbering all over.
~You notice a fountain of dirt. Getting closer, you see Nyara head first in a large dirt hole digging for bugs.
~You drop 150 silver beetles before the scrying stone.. And the markings are revealed to be... White Mottled Fissures (Slot 11).
