Sorna

Rather than pounce on a nearby butterfly, Sorna sat and watched it instead. The butterfly landed on her nose and made her giggle!

Sorna decided to stay and cuddle with some newborn cubs rather than go climbing rocks with everyone else.

Sorna got stuck in a tree while practicing their climbing, and wouldn't come down even after you promised you'd catch them. Grandpaw Vitra shakes the age from his bones to climb up the tree and rescue them, and Sorna realises how childish they were being. They meekly ask if they can have another chance to train.

Sorna pounced on a friend, then quickly asked to make sure she hadn't hurt them.

Sorna crept quietly up to a sleeping pride member and gently reached out to tap their nose. Boop!

Sorna volunteered to look after some younger cubs and spent all afternoon chasing them around.

When Sorna darts to Grandpaw Vitra with a small rodent in their jaws, Grandpaw Vitra tells them how wonderfully they'd done, and says they'll make an excellent hunter in the future.

Nothing would calm down the wailing Sorna until they were passed to Grandpaw Vitra's paws. The old lion smothers Sorna with his mane until they start giggling.

Sorna wanted to play "Lion, Lion, Hyena!" with their siblings today, but they were pushed out of the group and teased for being a little crycub. You were about to go over and see if they were okay when Grandpaw Vitra arrived, telling the little cub not to mind the others too much, and that he would be happy to play instead. Brightening up immediately, Sorna clambers up onto the great lion's back and the two go off to play elsewhere, while Grandpaw Vitra tells an interesting story about meeting a lion called Apedemak... or was that Apollyon?
