Starlight

Starlight was born with the wisdom of the galaxy and was blessed with the colourings of the stars, it was clearly a sign that she was a gift from the Silent God and needed to be shown the way of the faith in order to appease the silent God's wishes.

The theory was that because of her stellar appearance she was closer than most to the Silent God's one watchful eye and would be forever watched by him more closely.

Wind whispered past her quietly, telling her of her duties and reminding her what she can and cannot do, the voices haunt her through her waking and sleeping life alike, most would be scared of the incessant murmurings from the world above their plane of existence but the comforting words brought her a sense of solace.

Most days she sat alone upon a rock watching the world go by and listening to the wisdoms of those no longer of this world, she would ponder their suggestions and listen to their aimless chatting answering on occasion when she was asked a question. It would seem she served as a gateway into the lives of lions and lionesses no longer with us and could presumably relay messages that the living give her.

This was abused mostly by lions that had just lost someone and when the previous king passed on he was bothered relentlessly by questions coming from those he left behind, Starlight had to remind them that he wanted to rest peacefully and eventually they stopped. She still sought his wisdom every now and again in order to guide the now king in the right direction.
