Old age is catching up to Skyrr faster than Frenzy. Through all of her litters, the ferus has failed to produce a single cub that lived past the Matriarch's intolerance for unworthy youth. With the weight of her dead offspring weighing endlessly on her mind, she has hatched a new plan, away from the prying eyes of the pride's bloodthirsty leader.

With a bit of raffle luck and a few gold beetles from the currency cache, she has successfully brought three outsider cubs into the pride's ranks. After passing through Frenzy's vigorous inspections, the trio was granted a place to stay under the frozen overhang -- a place she only seldom visited.

As the cubs grew, Skyrr paid them frequent visits, explaining the fragile state of the pride and the importance of overthrowing Frenzy's bloody reign. She dedicated hours each day to training them, rearing them just as she would her own young, teaching them how to slip under the radar and, inevitably, dethrone the Matriarch without her suspecting a thing.

Now, with the cubs all grown, the plan is set in action. Skyrr knows that the authority of the pride relies on a strict dynasty, and no common-blooded cub will ever bear a leader's feather. With the three originating from beyond the eternal cold, the only way to produce an heir-worthy cub would be to ensure that the child was Frenzy's.

If none of the lionesses manage to birth a suitable successor, the fate of the entire pride may be in question...

Rotary Dial is the oldest of the three, and the most dedicated to their secret cause. She spends her time keeping close tabs on Frenzy, providing detailed reports on her actions, whereabouts, moods, and even health.
