Daughter of a passing lioness-- one whose stay under the Merciful Sky was brief-- and fascinating lion, Maharet charmed Miocorvus upon her arrival. With sensitive, beautiful eyes, she was welcomed into the comforting cool of the shaded cave and adorned with golden jewelry. The beautiful Maharet, wise beyond her years and with the stoicism of a seasoned elder, assimilated well into the pride, even despite her mother's eventual departure from the acacia.

Under the gaze of a stranger, Maharet nearly radiates contempt. If a lion-- or any other creature, for that matter-- encroaches on the sacred acacia, Maharet believes they either ought to be looking for a permanent home or continue on as quickly as they arrive. In the night, Maharet is transfixed by the stars, truly one of the most devoutly-worshipful of their sacred light. Her intensity is rivaled only by the tranquility that comes upon her on the darkest, clearest of nights. At times like these, her eyes most resemble the stars they so earnestly adore.
