The king's voice was riddled with humor, he sat leisurely upon the towering boulder, his paw cupping his chin. The New Star, Cotinga, was taken aback, her eyes dimming with confusion, I'm barely a Star and he demands I take an apprentice already? Cotinga furrowed her brows, the new king's greed-brimming eyes lay on her like a predator.
"At a price." She dared in a biting tone. The new king's smirk brightened with new interest, were they humoring her?
"What price?" The king replied in his irritable sarcastic tone.
"Her highness, the Second Princess and Star--"
"Former Princess and star." The king broke her speech with a threatening growl, his smirk no longer as the humor in his eyes deepened with hatred. The Star clenched her mitt angrily, clawing at the earth before continuing her sentence.
"Spare her. Spare her and her siblings. Do not place your greedy mitts on the former princesses." Cotinga stepped forward, barring her teeth daringly. The king did not reply, instead he ushered his kin forth. Cotinga softened her growling expression, laying her gentle eyes on her apprentice. The Last Princess adverted her shining gaze, settling them on her golden mittens.
"Come now, my starling." The Star's voice lay flat, her expression bitter and displeased. She turned away, padding off and expecting her follower to tail.

》Summary Of Lore:
The Duchess and Star, Cotinga, was raised humbly, her life brimming with wealth, joy, and satisfaction. She was much pampered and loved before the new king, woman!!, came into power. She longs for the former king, recalled staring deeply into the speckled midnight dome above, grieving. She gazes at the offspring of the former king, the Princesses, with fondness and undying respect despite their taken roles, rumored to see the late king within them. With her new role, the new king as the bane of her existence, and mounts of stress of being the expected role-model, her heart finally hardens with mourn for the sunny days, bright rays of the sun pressing against her star-kissed fur, and devotion to the past. Nothing stays gold.
 The dark times are returning darker, the apathetic queen's heart is dwelling with cruelty, the evil king's desires tear the pride to ruins. There is no regret, pain, nor sorrow. Evil finally returns to the pride after three peaceful generations.

》Before woman!! came to power, there was ☆woman, woman, and ☾ woman ☽, whom were all leaders of the peaceful generations, however, behind the peaceful generations were the tyrant's generation, lead by the tyrant murderer, King Borealis. King Borealis was a cruel, heartless king, killing any lion who dare stand in his way, nicknamed 'the Tyrant'. Because of this, his immense impact on the pride is never ending, the scars of evil etched its way into the many historical literatures, tales of his demonic reign grows more exaggerated and malicious, yet it remains dust compared to the Tyrant's vicious actions in ancient times.
