Yuki

One of the few sane lions living in the outlands, Yuki was born in the outlands because her mother had fallen to the curse while pregnant and sadly died from Yuki's birth. By sheer miracle, Yuki was able to survive the body of her dead mother. Because Yuki was born in the outlands, an odd mutation had formed on her teeth, making her have fangs that go long before her or her mother. The only reason why Yuki did not fall to the curse of the outlands was because Yuki stayed on the farthest part of the outlands, where only the tempest of snow lay. Here there is no curse, it is inherently normal but has an odd amount of snow in the summer and many odd beings live there. At 1 year old, Yuki met a little owl in which she called Abel, Abel was abandoned too by her mother and father. Yuki knows nothing of other lions, she knows of only the snow and the odd being in the outlands. She knows nothing of kings or queens, of royalty or commoners, she knows nothing of how to speak or to read. Though not educated, she is still a great hunter, being able to scrap meals even in the harsh and unforgiving tempest. When young Yuki held much anger for her mother and loneliness she overcame those thoughts and became a calm and forgiving lion, understanding the idea of life and the idea of being stoic.
