The leopon traveler guide, Electric Boogaloo, found this cub on one of his visits to an old traveling friend to the west of the valley. He noticed how brutal the cub was in her training and playfighting, noting that his friend's pride was discouraged and wary of the cub's antics. The leopon offered to take it back to Providence Valley, explaining that the pride needed to be rebuilt and that the peaceful valley might aid in calming the cub. The pride eagerly accepted the offer, and Electric Boogaloo brought her to Ellil. The ruler of providence was bemused by the cub's harsh words and downright disrespectful manner. He named her Bellatrix for her pelt and warrior personality, welcoming her despite her tendencies to attack first.

Bellatrix grew up with Nuray and Fiamma, though she found both of them annoying in different ways. Nuray seemed far too easy to manipulate and Fiamma was irritating with her witty remarks. Still, she is quick to defend them and take the blame for any of their rambunctious cub ideas and mischievous activities.

Since the transition of power, Bellatrix has found herself approving the empire and its eagerness for conquest. She enjoys training as a warrior and looks forward to leaving the valley to go on missions.
