Yodreth

Born from a skilled huntress of the pride, Yodreth is the first daughter of Queen Kveth who survived more thar few weeks, Yodreth´s birth was quite a relief for the ruler. Mysterea, the mother who had particular abilities, had predicted her daughter ´s good health long before her birth.

As the previous children of Kveth all died before their two months, they were depressed and desperate for one of their children to live. In the past, rumors even started to spread that they couldn´t produce any healthy offspring..

Yet, Yodreth is born healthy and survived a month, then two.. then a year, and more. She didn´t show any sign of illness. Kveth considered her their treasure. As they watched their daughter growing, it eased the pain of their past loss a little.

Less than a year after her birth, an other child of Kveth has been born healthy. Yodreth´s half sister, Nënvas. Thought the teen considered other lionesses of her age - like Unzia, Aemash or Silent Shadow - as her sisters of heart as she grew up with them, she felt happy to have a sister linked to her by blood. She decided to be the best big sister she could. She´d try to be there as well for their other little sisters to come, Imra and Cimmea.

She grew up into a beautiful lioness. Strong, confident and cating. She did love to spend her time watching over the cubs, and became one of the baby sitters of the Kingdom.

When the Sickness took over the pride and King Kveth sent their daughters and pther youngs away in safety for some months in an ally pride, Yodreth refused to go.

She would stay and take care of the sick cubs. She would try to ease their pain and minds, as it was the only thing she could do for them until a treatment would be found..



• MYSTEREA´S BIO [HER MOTHER] •
Mysterea is the grand daughter of Adamus Sutekh. While she didn´t inherit the special pelt of her mother, princess Astra, she was born with uncommon eyes. Some says those would give her the ability to see things that others can´t. Is it some kind of power? You don´t know what to think when she gazes at you.

Later in her life, the lioness came to discover that she could make use of her abilities to see "beyond". She started to give people predictions made of what she saw or felt. And her predictions were rarely wrong.

She was a friend of King Kveth and knew their longing for cubs. She also knew all of children born from their blood didn´t survive.. Yet, she knew that if she was to bear their cubs, there was a chance things wouldn´t turn the same way. And she was right. Yodreth, her daughter, is the proof of it. Mysterea gave her friend a healthy child.

She also felt that Velka and Ether could potentialy give Kveth children. Daughters, precisely. She saw it, thought she cannot explain how. And it happened. The lionesses who agreed to bear Kveth´s offspring - as the King would never order them to do it - , gave birth to healthy girls. One of them would be Nënvas, and the other one would be Imra.

What she didn´t saw prior to Imra´s birth however, was that she too, would probably be able to see the unseen. That, Mysterea knew for sure when their eyes met.

A the plague hit the lands, Mysterea remained with the pride. She knew when Kveth came back with a lioness named Helrae that she´d be the one to bring them a cure. When Kveth choose to pass their power onto her as they felt the illness taking them, she helped them making that choice.
