Under the cover of darkness, a young lonely lioness lay under a tree and looked sadly at the sky. Suddenly, there, among the stars, one of them unexpectedly fell. The lioness made a single wish.
From behind, the voice of King Heavenly Sunrise was heard, asking what the stranger was doing in his pride territory. She turned around, and her stripes and spots on her fur shone palely - two heavenly lions met.
“I am Comet, Meteorite, Sparkle... The star lion has many names, you can call me whatever you want.” – she gently rubbed herself against the side of the young king and walked around him.
This was their first meeting, their first wish... And the beginning of the reign of the pride of the King and Queen.
The lioness turned out to be flirtatious, slightly playful, but reasonable and experienced, despite her small age. The members of the pride, especially the elders, were interested in communicating with the new queen and part-time celestial lioness. Blazing Comet learned from Pistachio, the oldest lioness, the history of the pride, from the first king to the current one. Thanks to this, she quickly learned local customs and taught all the lionesses to hunt in the morning and at night, and to rest in the evening and during the day, go to watering places, and so on. Perhaps this queen is no worse than the last one.
The years passed. The queen became stricter and colder, and after the death of the old king, she had to stand side by side with her adopted son, who became the new king. Sunset was still young and often committed rash acts, so the Comet constantly sorted out all the troubles. One day she couldn't stand it and got into a fight with Sunset during another prank. No one had ever seen how ferocious the heavenly lioness turned out to be. But the fight was still hard for her and had consequences.: The queen temporarily left the pride territory to heal her wounds away from her family.
The relationship between the young king and the old queen became extremely tense and cold. Comet practically did not appear in the pride and constantly led the hunts. And when she came back, she and the king would have quarrels about anything. It's like they've forgotten that when they were mother and son.
The King and Queen had a fight to the death! The queen was no longer young and could hardly stand up to the huge young lion. Sunset almost killed the Meteorite, but the sub-male Mirage managed to stop the fight. The oldest lionesses of the pride gathered a council and recognized Sunset as the first cruel and most aggressive king of the Heavenly Life pride.
When King Sunset returned from years of exile, the queen was the first to meet him. There was silence between them, but everyone understood that the queen had come out to say goodbye. The lioness carefully approached the lion and touched his nose with her nose, greeting and congratulating him on his return.
«I've lived a long life, but this pride needs a new queen, and it's time for me to return to heaven, they've been waiting for me there. Thank you, Sunset, you taught us to be stronger even at a time when things were starting to change dramatically. But whether the pride will accept you both depends not on me. Good luck, my son."
