Blizzard met Ibis while hunting with two of her party members - Autumn and Heather .
Unknowingly, the lionesses targeted the same antelope. The members of The Star Hunters were extremely uncoordinated that day and couldn't agree on how to hunt down their prey. They started arguing, which scared the antelope away. Luckily, Ibis was fast enough to catch it before it ran away.
Blizzard wasn't sure what to do. The lone lioness she just met shouldn't hunt on the pride's territory, but on the other paw, she had to admit she was impressed... While Blizzard stood there staring at Ibis, Autumn decided what to do with the stranger. She attacked the lone lioness.
Ibis, surprised by Autumn's aggression, was unable to defend herself well and was eventually injured. Luckily, Blizzard and Heather quickly ended the fight and took Ibis to the medicine den.
Blizzard felt guilty for Ibis's injuries. She thought that if she had reacted sooner, Ibis probably wouldn't be hurt... Because of that she volunteered to spend time with her while she was recovering.
Ibis's wounds were harmless and took only two days to heal, but those days were enough for the two lionesses to become friends. Because of that Ibis decided to join Anza's pride. When Blizzard heard about it she even invited her to join the Star Hunters, which Ibis happily did.
At first, she had trouble getting along with Autumn, but over time they found common ground.

She lived through Hawk's reign rather peacefully, but was strongly against the king's ideas. She was glad when Hawk was finally overthrown and Oleander took over. She even had a daughter with the new king.
