Instead of pushing the numerous cubs away Mara led the group to newer territory, becoming outcasts just so the cubs would have a chance at survival which is quite generous of Mara knowing her personality. Mara had led them across swamps and dry lands before coming across new plains, where she ended up giving birth to three cubs but only one survived. Mara didn’t want the group to move until her own baby was strong enough to travel and that is when Saffron took over. She promised to go searching for a new clan to call home. Taking the frail adolescent with her they scouted around until they came across Faressa (Deadly_Seraphic), they told their story to him, and he told them he will make a desciion in 3 days. Finishing his exploration of territory to consult with his queen Sarna. The group waited until Faressa finally came back with the good news that they may join his pride. —————————— Saffron was meant to stay and be a brood mother but because Mara is raising a cub of her own she has taken the role of hunter.
