Soaking up the warmth her mother provided, Gregnant curled up next to her siblings, and breathed in the familiar scents of her family. But there was another scent there. One she didn't recognize, which made her only snuggle in deeper into her mother's belly. Then, as soon as she got close, she was ripped away, and was placed mewling onto the cold ground of the cave.
After a few good licks to the face, she shakily opened her eyes to see who this stranger was. Standing over her was a male, who was peering down at her with his blue and green eyes.
"Hello, little one." He rumbled out, his voice quiet. "I'm here to take you home."

Sunngifu would've liked to say that it was natural. That he had — accidentally — stumbled across a lovely leopon laying there and seduced her, leading to a cub. Honestly, though? It was anything but accidental. After searching for a pon who was willing to sell her heats to various lions, all it took was a few Golden Beetles, some energy, an IBF, and bam! There were these three little cubs, looking up at him. His cubs.
Grabbing the sole leopon of the litter, he plopped her down between his paws, marveling at how tiny she was compared to him. While he had sired cubs before, something about this was different. New. Precious.
As long as he was still a king, he'd protect her. Keep her safe from whatever, or whoever, wanted to harm her. His precious little pon.
