You pad over silently to a dark corner of the cave. There’s a small opening between a few boulders, and you barley manage to squeeze through. Inside, it’s almost pitch black and your eyes struggle to adjust to the darkness. Once they do, you spot a bony lioness facing a wall, her back turned towards you. All of the rocks in the cave have large scratch marks on them, especially near the entrance to the cave. Suddenly, the lionesses head snaps up, followed by an angry screech. Your pelt bristles in surprise as the lioness stalked closer to you. `What are you doing here?` She growls. You explain to her that you come from far away, and ask why she is in this cave. Her shoulders relax a bit, luckily, before she goes on. `I’ve done some bad things in my lifetime. Yarrow punished me by locking me in this cave, never to see the light of day again.` You glance back to the entrance of the cave. Surely the cleft was big enough for the lioness to escape. You ask her about it, and she just sighed. After a few moments, she spoke again. `I don't dare to leave. Who knows what they’ll do to me? Anyways, I’ve accepted my fate.` She glanced around the den nervously. `you really Shouldn't be here, traveler, If Yarrow find you here, you’ll be banished from coming back.` You decide to leave, but wonder if you should bring her some prey later as a gift.
