Lampetia was never one for power. Even though he could rule the land and change the fields by the click of his tongue, he would give it up for anything he deemed more worthwhile. The fragile fields, the gentle winds, and the flow of the water could be controlled by someone else. This wasn't his Earth to claim.

He grew up in a troubled pride, ruled by a power-hungry king with no respect for the dirt he walked on. After years of failing management, the pride was laid to rest during a battle between a neighbor. Lampetia had ran away, hoping to find somewhere else to live and hide, but he ended up alone in a meadow. Alone and afraid, he learned how to hunt, gather water, and take care of the sick animals around him.

As his pride began to form, he was granted the first title of light.
