Named ‘Flame’ at birth for her bright pelt and personality, she soon outgrew the name. Yes, she was blind and she was often coddled or ignored by the adults and peers, but she knew she was something special. Not many were visited in the night and gifted sight by the great Anhangá. She was training, under his guidance, to be one of his warriors. The protectors of the sacred life! However as soon as she was of age she realized she had a curse upon her. While her mentor could guide her, she would lose years of her life, she would slowly regress in aging every encounter and aid she gave Anhangá. Despite it all, she risked everything to continue on and fight battle after bloody battle to help shelter her pride, earning her the namesake ‘Fire in the Forest’ with how quickly she leapt into action. After more time serving under Anhangá, she was gravely injured. To save her life and aid her in the future, Anhangá bestowed upon her the traits and power of the underworld. Now she splits her time between her battles and life in the pride.
