She had hated the attention for a long time, until the day the king of the pride, Kokulin, sat her down and told her of the tale of her mothers rescuing. In that moment Asurna understood, the Brood mothers gave her extra care because they had to do the same with her mother, the pride members all gave her attention and priority because it was how they learned to care for those like her. After that day Asurna didn't shy away from and resent the attention she got but instead reciprocated it, to care for others as best as she could.
