Nocteir

Nocteir, the Night's Beast of The Scarlett Court, Born to a Golden King of the Northeastern Rotmond Pride, was instantly shunned for her grey and blue pelt of stars. Her mother, Sonnentau, showed Nocteir how to creep amongst the other pride members unnoticed. This gave Nocteir the opportunity to listen in on the pride and report back interesting information to her mother. This helped increase her mother's status amongst the other lionesses and in turn helped Nocteir find a place within the pride. Soon Nocteir made her first friend within the pride, a lioness around her age named Freya. The two became inseparable, even vowing to be with one another till death, that is until the day the Matron fell and the King chose Freya as his new companion. Heartbroken the two young lionesses planned to run away together, but were caught and brought before the King. Nocteir's father showed her no mercy as he brutally attacked and maimed her. He forced Freya to pledge loyalty and love to him, then banished Nocteir from not only the court, but the Pride's territory as well. Broken and lost Nocteir stumbled upon the Hyena Clan under the control of Fane, a powerful lioness looking to overthrow the Pride of the Okavango Delta. Her skill set proved useful to the Mad Queen and she has since infiltrated the Pride to feed Fane information on them. Fane has promised her revenge on her own pride once the Okavango Delta pride falls.
