Rustfoot

Today, Rustfoot was sent out in a search party with Stormclutter, Snowdrop, Chillyflake, and Tulipflower to go find Stonepelt.

Rustfoot was in a conversation with Stormclutter when she noticed Chillyflake gesturing towards something with her tail. Upon closer inspection, it seemed like Tulipflower had cracked the code. "It's Stonepelt!" Tulipflower had squeaked. Snowdrop leaned forward, standing beside Tulipflower, its voice a low whisper. "Follow him. We won't disappoint Uwezo." It growled, snarling quietly and muttering incoherant words that Rustfoot couldn't make out. Chillyflake tilted her head, speaking softly. "He's going South, we can catch up later, it's way too dark for this and my paws are aching." Everyone agreed, and they eventually settled down. 7/11/2024

Rustfoot sprinted back to Uwezo Pride, retracing her steps carefully as she remembered which tracks she took here, finally, she shouted at the top of her lungs. "We found Stonepelt!!!!!!!!" Uwezo rushed forward, and Rustfoot told him to fetch Horriblesight too incase Stonepelt was hurt. The three both follow the way to where the searching party rested a mile away from Stonepelt's sleeping spot, however still close enough to keep him in sight. After they reach him, Stonepelt woke up slightly, staring up at everyone with a confused expression on his face, until it turned to shock, and he jerked back. Rustfoot's whiskers twitched with amusement. She noticed the innocent expression on his face as he greeted Uwezo. Without a word, the whole search party turned back and escorted him back to Uwezo Pride. 7/14/2024 6:34 AM

You pass by Rustfoot lurking in the shadows. She narrows her eyes as she watches you walk by. You are unsure if she is showing contentment or contempt, but it unsettles you.
