There's a small clearing in the shrubland just ahead, and you can hear the mutterings of someone pacing anxiously. As you reach it, you notice a maroon lioness with a shifting pattern of white dapples and dark stripes on her back. She appears to be talking to herself, repeating the same thing over and over again. As you step closer toward the clearing, her head jerks up, and a series of emotions ranging from shock to embarrassment to guilt to confidence flashes across her face.

"Well met!" She calls in a boisterous voice. Her demeanor has changed completely, the anxious, muttering lioness gone and now replaced with this confident, borderline cocky warrior. She bounds over in two strong leaps, getting a little closer than comfortable. She appears to be sizing you up. "You're the new guy, right? Well, I'm Laeta. Welcome to Incarnation! Are you thinking about staying?" You shrug your shoulders, opening your mouth to respond further, but she cuts you off. "Well, if you decide to, definitely consider joining me as a hunter. I could use some fresh competition." She flashes you a friendly, toothy smile.

A distant roar catches both of your attentions, and she glances at you. "Looks like I'm being summoned; enjoy your stay, I'll see you at dinner." She flicks the tip of her tail playfully over your nose before bounding off in the direction of the call.
