Wild Rose began as a humble healer from a different pride, her sweetness and compassion being well known around nearby territories. However, amidst a war, she came across a very battered, young Nikto who was hardly clinging to life. She aided the outsider, becoming his mate against her King's will. Her forbidden romance was discovered due to her pregnancy and she was exiled, quickly being accepted into Nikto's pride and giving birth to Snowfur while being an excellent step mother to Bluefur. Wild Rose was distraught when her mate and king was overthrown and subsequently killed- the formerly powerful lioness being placed at the lowest status as to control her.
