The young iggy watched the mammalian carnivore digging through the sandy soil. What was it doing? The juvenile couldnโ€™t help but wonder, even as they cowered behind the cacti. Luckily, the lioness didnโ€™t show any signs of spotting the little dino. Oh, and she dug up a bone!

Phew, the iguanodon could breathe easier now that the bigger furry creature had found a snack. It began leaving, too! Thank goodness. But where was it going? The iggy couldnโ€™t help but follow to find out. They both silently wove through rocky scrubland until they came to a dead end. The young dino tried to turn back, but it was too late. It wandered straight into a trap.

As for the lioness, her hunting venture into Desolate Pass had gone better than she expected. She at least hoped to find a bone and maybe chase a big lizard back toward her hungry cubs. There were no lizards, but she knew where she buried a few juicy bones a while back. On her way back with a morsel, she was keenly aware she was being followed.

The lioness saw the round belly and long tail of a juvenile dinosaur hiding behind a rock. She heard its light footsteps first and thought perhaps a lizard was nearby, only to turn and spot that. It unsettled her because if it had been following her, it might be hunting her. Pretending not to notice, she snuck glances back and simultaneously searched for escape routes.

To her delight, it wasnโ€™t a fast dino with sharp teeth and claws. It was a plump calf!

These herbivorous dinosaurs were known to be nosy, but they were usually with a herd. There wasnโ€™t an iggy herd for miles, so this guy was unprotected and thought they were sneaky. They would make the perfect hunting practice for her cubs!

Moral of the story: Donโ€™t follow stronger players as a baby in Path of Titans. Especially if youโ€™re โ€œmixpacking.โ€ Also: youโ€™re probably not as sneaky as you think ๐Ÿ’€
