Mutations
Lumansi's Ticked Piebald mutation can be inherited by his cubs; lionesses can also pass down the Piebald mut, so for an increased chance of Ticked cubs, breed Lumansi to a lioness with the same Piebald pattern ^^
Please note that Piebald rolls before mutation-boosting items like CRB and Lion Meat—that is, the game decides whether cubs have a Piebald mut before it decides whether CRB or Lion Meat gives them a mutation. So if you want to maximise your chances of an item-induced mutie, I would advise against sending a stud request for a lioness who's had mutation-boosting items applied.
