Queen Imibala

~Introduction dialogue~

The colorful Ferus is a beauty at a distance, but you can't get closer to her; the king won't allow it. You're able to admire her even without speaking, though. She looks content enough, and it's easy to see that she's not being abused or suffering at all. The place she roams is odd and makes you uneasy. It looks like every other plant is withered and the rocks are warped, but she herself doesn't give off any supernatural vibes. What could draw her to such a cursed location, then? It could have something to do with the combined interest of a Ferus cub and demonic possession, if you've been listening to the whispers in the rest of the pride...

Named for the Zulu word for colors, earned by her coat, Imibala was originally expected to be just a regular huntress, kept in the Pride Den until the king decided she would be better off as his queen. He actually treated her with respect and seemingly loved her, both impressed with her strength and desiring her greatly to sire a Ferus cub. He didn't care if they had a princess together as long as she gave him what he always wanted. Even so, it was obvious that he slowly, steadily fell further in love with her; her cuddly nature helped soothe his rages, and he gradually softened in favor of listening to her wisdom. It seemed that Imibala was meant to be a queen from the moment of her birth even if she came from another kingdom much different from the one she'd rule.
