Created by #374841 Deep in the forest, past the mushroom grove and a little bit past the fairy circle you will find a clearing. Within this clearing are exotic plants and carefully tended mushroom colonies you will never find on the savannahs. It's not recommended to pick any of them though. Because not all of those mushrooms are attached to the earth. Watch carefully and you might see a batch of moss moving as a mushroom cap pops up high above the rest. Chanterelle is a bit of a...unique...cub. Rather a life of hunting for prey or playing with her litter mates, she found peace in the world of spores and lizards. Learned how to tend them and grow them. Preserve them. Some even taste a bit like antelope if they're grown right. And thus...she began a little bit of a legend among the prides. Some broodmothers say her ears are folded because she only eats the fungi she grows. A warning against following the cub out into the wilds that only really works on the more vain of their young. Some say she was never a lion at all, but a strange being that could bring fortune or curses depending on how one acts when they find her groves. And yet others say she doesn't exist at all. She's a figment of the mind from seeing a vaguely cub shaped, moss covered rock. So it would seem it's up to you to decide. The mushroom grove is right there. What will you do?
