Scarlet

Scarlet had always stood out, not just for her strawberry-colored coat with light orange spots, but for her playful spirit. In her birth pride, her humor made her an outsider, especially among lions who took life seriously. Her only true friend was Vexira, a harsh and disciplined lioness who kept Scarlet grounded. She was 3 months younger then Vexira. When their pride split due to dwindling resources, the two decided to leave, searching for a place they could belong.

They eventually heard of King Akere, a proud and arrogant ruler who accepted exiles, loners, and runaways into his pride. Though his confidence was intimidating, Akere was known for giving second chances to those who had nowhere else to go. Intrigued, Scarlet and Vexira made their way to his territory.

Upon meeting Akere, Scarlet couldn’t resist her usual humor, joking about keeping the pride lively. Akere, surprisingly amused, welcomed them both. In his pride, Scarlet found acceptance at last. Her jokes brought laughter and eased tensions among the pride members, but she also proved herself as a loyal and capable lioness, ready to fight for her new family. Under Akere’s rule, Scarlet was finally home.
