Very unlike her sister, she finds joy in teasing small critters and cubs, and is often cold and brutally honest to the point of often being insulting. She resents her slightly younger sister, Pippin, for getting all the attention from their self-absorbed father simply for being pretty and resembles him greatly. Their mother, Nina, always assures Baobab that she is just as pretty as her sister. Her mother is the only lion Baobab trusts in the pride as she feels she is the only one who truely loves her.
