You find yourself lost in the woods, and with night fast approaching, fear the worst. You're not sure how far you've traveled, and are getting desperate to find the way back to your pride.
You've been here for days, and your hunger and thirst is unbearable, all woodland creatures simply too fast for you to catch, and the algae filled water is just too distrustful.
Your eyes begin to close on their own, and you start wobble back and forth.
Just as you begin to blackout, a bright light starts to appear from the woods. You cannot find it in you to be afraid of it though.
A deer-like lioness appears in front of you, a gentle aura of light around her, and woodland animals prancing around her feet playfully. She touches her nose to yours, before turning and walking into the forest.
A warm feeling fills your body, and you find that you have the strength to follow her. And so you do.
She leads you back to a small grove, not tiny but rather comfortable. In you find a carcass, one native to your homelands. She sees you eye-ing and nods, a soft smile on her face, before going to lay down and groom herself.
As you dig in, you find it to be the tastiest thing you've ever eaten! It reminds you of the food you'd steal from your mother, it always tasted best when it wasn't yours.
You finish your meal, wiping off your face with your paws, and trot over to a small, running water source. It's freshness rejuvenates you, and the coldness feels crisp on your tongue.
The lioness invites you over to a nest beside her's, and begins to groom the dirt and mud from your fur; the gentle hum of her purr filling your body, as you drift off to sleep.

When you wake in the morning, you find yourself at the edge of your pride's territory. You're confused as how the lioness brought you here, but thankful nonetheless.
You happily stride over to your pride, sitting down in a group to tell them all about your adventures, and the strange lioness who cared for you.
Your pride laughs at your imagination, but is glad to have you back home, and so indulges it.

The lioness watches you from afar, making sure you get back safe. Watching you until dawn, when you begin to stir, and eventually make it back.
With a soft smile, she turns and heads back to the forest.
